Request Flippers flip differently in DX11 vs non-DX11 mode on PC

I was watching this guys video where he's playing World Champion Soccer on his PC in DX11 mode and noticed the flippers were flipping higher than when I played it on my PC in the non-DX11 mode. Go check out the non-DX11 mode for yourself and check this video. The flippers in this DX11 mode seem to go at a higher angle than in the non-DX11 mode:
