Free $10 Playstation Store Credit

I just got one saying I was mistakenly charged for content that should have been free.
I was thinking it was only real games and Plus items that were effected. All I downloaded were a couple demos and it was making out like I downloaded something good because it was assuring me the content was mine to keep.
Wouldn't I have received a email saying money from my PS Store wallet was used?

Kinda wondering if it was a error.

Not only did I not get the 10 bucks ... they stole my money x_x
Joking aside They gave me 5 for the problem and there is a mysterious 4.99 already in there that I'm guessing was the refund. If they in fact did charge me for my demo...

I was once part of the Playstation Underground Sony Club

So was I. They sent some freebies/swag out periodically and seemingly at random. I believe I once got a cap & some other things but I can't really remember exactly what they were.

Was that club where you got Sony demo discs in the mail? If so, yea, I remember belonging to that. They came in fancy cardboard packaging.

I got the same msg and the 4.99 was back in my account + the $5 code.. lol.. i didn't get the $10 code but 9.99 is fine with me
