FreeCamera Mod vs VisualPinball cabinet mode

Hi guys....I've been away a for a while from the pin scene and I see there's been a lot going on which I've been missing out. So which cab mode is better in your opinion? I have a lot of work to do this spring and I'm not sure I bother investing time and energy with the FCM. Not lazy, just busy! I guess PA looks better, but how about the gameplay?
