Some may not seek out support much beyond the app or game itself if they are finding it 'too difficult',uncertain what they are doing,and eventually uninteresting at first . I know I've purchased quite a few apps that I've either deleted or not opened again for similar reasons. Just my 2 cents though.Thanks also , for the link .
