Hack the goals - is it possible?

Is it possible in anyway to hack the backup file (as described in another thread) in order to complete some goals? Before Pinball Arcade crashed on me (removing all goals and all high scores from one day to another....yes, this could happen) I had some really difficult goals made, such as Atlantis, Frog Frenzy and the MM video mode. I really don't want to go after them again.

So, has anyone found a way to add those goals from behind the scenes so to speak? Or is it all encrypted?
