Help an iOS beginner - unable to purchase tables

SOLVED :cool:


Hey guys! I am having a bit of trouble with my recently aquired ipad2, I can't buy any table åacks from within TPA. I have tried both the free and the "premium" version with the same result.
1. The game asks to restore purchases, I provide my password.
2. Game prompts "do you wish to purchase White Water pro-pack for 55sek", I press yes.
3. The system is processing and after 5-10 second I get a message that the purchase cannot be completed, Please visit apple.com/blabla. I press Ok.
4. Game prompts "Unable to contact itunes store".

To rule out TPA i also installed Zaccaria Pinball and I can't purchase anything from within that game either. Similar results to TPA.

There is no problem purchasing from the App store or Itunes, which I tried After the above problems, I bought Revenge of the Rob-o-bot from App store and Dusty Rhodes Amerocan Dream theme from itunes.


Can anyone of you great people here tell me wtf I am doing wrong.
I tried changing the time, I have re-entered VISA card details. This is making me slightly crazy at the moment!

In-app purchase is not disabled. This is f#¤king annoying RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!

Have you made any other app purchases from the App store?

Settings → General → Restrictions → Turn Restrictions "On" For 10 Seconds → Turn Restrictions "Off" → Purchase Tables

The only other fix I have is : Settings → General → Reset → Reset Network Settings → Restart Your Device

I did a full reset of all settings in the iPad and did the entire setup procedure and it still is the same. I have no clue why I can't do the ingame purchases :( (does not work in Zaccaria pinball either)

Yea, reset the device. Weird. If in-app purchases are working in other apps, should be no problem in TPA.

You must have in-app purchases disabled.

In-app purchasing does not work in Zaccaria Pinball either, so no it seems to be all in-app purchasing.

Thanks for all the suggestions, I contacted Apple support since nothing worked. Apparently there was some account information that had not registered correctly with the iTunes servers. Everything is now working'
Time to get wet in White Water! :D
