Bug I lost all my tables

Hi,

I bought several "table pack" in game.
they all appear in "my tables"
when I restarted the game they are gone.
also can not log into the game.
I thought it would be a fun weekend, but I'm on forums trying to solve this problem.
I am very disappointed.

I tried to requet refund, but Steam will not refund purchased games within the game Pinball Arcade.

The support team does not answer my emails.

I'm sad.

Can someone help me?

I think there is something wrong with the Pinball Arcade servers that manage customer in-game purchases and the leaderboards. Hopefully the problem just requires a reboot to correct.

We did have some server issues over the weekend but it should be working ok now. Is it all showing up ok for you now?

If not, our support team is working through emails right now, but they are pretty swamped, so hang tight and we'll be with you soon.

My in app purchases have been restored.

My current concern is that I am dependent on Farsight servers needing to be available in order for me to access content I have paid for.
I know its the same with content that was purchased thru Steam (at least I assume it is) but with all due respect, I can play other Steam purchased content in offline mode and its far less likely that Steam will have these type of issues or at some point shut their doors. What is being done so that we (your customers who made in app purchases) are not fully dependent on Farsight servers being available ?
