Improvements for the pro version

1 - please bugfix the free camera view bug that doesn't works properly when we use locked camera on the pinball

2 - please add the coin and the start button emulations else we are not able to insert coins and continue matches.

3 - it would be great if once we go pro we are able to set up also some pinball settings, in particular the pinball gravity, the flippers power and flippers max angle.

4 - some advanced pinball specific features, for example the position of the things to the left and right holes in circus voltaire.

Could not agree more on Point 1

Also would like 80% speed option - not quite "bullet time" but like it, for those of us with slower reflexes, and maybe "impossible to drain" option for practicing shots and modes that only come up during the play of a single ball
