Bug Jet Level goal bugged?

So I decide to kick up BoP for the first time. I get to work on those standard goals, so I can take on the more challenging ones. These look simple enough, save that 100k skillshot. I begin to ram on the bumpers, getting the optics, small wheel, and extra ball quite easily. I managed to get the jets to 500k a hit. No goal clear. What gives?
