kickstarters question.....

i have noticed that on your "coming soon" list which includes release dates for specific devices, there is now a "owya kickstarters" which seem to be available much earlier then the rest of the devices... my question is...is "owya kickstarters" specific to one system? or is it for any device as long as you contributed to that kickstarter? and if so, how much does it cost, and how would you do it...also, being a PS3 user, does that mean i would be able to play such titles that are set to release in june today, on my PS3, as long as i di the "owya kickstarter" thing?

Ouya is a tiny Android-based game console that was funded by its own Kickstarter, coincidentally, and is currently available in limited release to certain backers, but won't be publicly available until summer or something like that. There's a review of one of the early ones here.

As smbhax stated, OUYA is an Android based home console that was funded by Kickstarter. OUYA Kickstarter backers received their consoles on March 28th and are currently the only ones who have access to the OUYA version of The Pinball Arcade. Non-OUYA Kickstarter backers will be able to purchase an OUYA beginning June 4, 2013.
