If you are experiencing an issue with your Login failing and doing a password reset does not resolve the issue, you can contact our customer support at; Support@PinballArcade.com to request a manual reset. After confirming you can login, you can then reset your password normally.


In the Title of the email put in; Login Failed


Then please let us know the email account that you use for your FarSight log in. We will provide you with a temporary password that you can use to login in and restore your purchases and restore your save data remotely.
