I have purchased all the tables on TPA and now I only have 37 tables in my tables folder. I looked in the previous seasons folder and season two is full. I bought season two a long time ago for $29.00 and when I tap one of the games in the season two folder it wants me to buy the table. What can I do I already did a $29.00 in app purchase before. I deleted TPA etc and nothing worked.

Thanks for any help. Gary

1. Try to restore your purchases within TPA: Options/Restore Purchases
2. Make sure you are running the TPA version (paid or free) under which you purchased the season
3. Sign out of your Farsight account, close off TPA from multitasking, reset the device as below, sign back in to your FS account, restore purchases again.
4. Contact Farsight

Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)

1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.
2. Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
3. Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally.

Thanks but none of that worked. It's crazy two days ago I had 50+ tables now I have 37 and season two says not purchased. This really sucks when you buy every table and can't play them. I sent a message to farsight haven't heard anything yet. Is there anyway you can find your in app purchases. Look at them on screen.

Thanks Gary

I don't think so...I've never seen anything like that.

After trying the steps I posted above and seeing as the issue is only affecting your Season Two purchase makes me think the issue is on Farsight's end. I also remember reading another post here where the user had the same issue with a Season purchase vanishing. I believe the ultimate solution was contacting Farsight where the issue was resolved on Farsight's end.

You may need to show proof of purchase to Farsight with an iTunes receipt...they email these to your Apple ID email address so you may want to hunt it down...hopefully you didn't delete it. In-app purchases are not included in your iTunes purchase history...I just looked at mine under my iTunes account and there is no record of in-app purchases/TPA tables.

I'm sure Farsight will get you squared away.

Yes it is the same with iPhone and iPad so I did send a copy of the receipt to farsight. Waiting for a reply. It really sucks you have to keep all your receipts for individual tables. This was from 2013 for $39.99 thank god I still had it.
