Thanks for the posting this. I found out from the farsight newsletter

FarSight split the PS3/VITA and PS4 for Tournaments... in the newsletter it's posted as "Mobile - Steam - PS3/Vita - PS4" however there's only one "PSN" Tournament Leaderboard... anybody knows what's what? Can you BOTH play with your PS3 and your PS4 and will the scores be combined?

PS4 scores aren't posting to the PSN leaderboard. I'm guessing those are the just PS3 scores.

Tom had said that the website will eventually include a PS4 leaderboard... right now you can only view the PS4 scores in game.

The Website http://pinballarcade.com/Tournaments/ for PSN is buggy too, you can't use the little arrows at the bottom to see scores 26. - 50. (it works for the other two leaderboards).
