Missing In-App Purchases

Hi,

Hopefully someone can help me here.

I recently upgraded my iPad 3 to the latest version of IOS and during the process I did a full wipe - no biggie I thought as there wasn't any data that I was specifically attached to and I knew I could simply re-download any of the Apps i'd paid for.

However, since reinstalling Pinball Arcade i've noticed that one of the table-packs i've paid for has failed to restore. I took the option to restore content and all of the other tables are unlocked but both Cirqus Voltaire and Fun House are still locked.

Can anyone suggest how I can get in touch with Farsight about this? I still have my original receipt from Apple showing the purchase which was made last August.

I believe in the past, earlier table purchases were tied to the specific Pinball Arcade app (free or $.99) you were running when they were purchased. If you have not yet done so, also download the "free" version and try restoring the tables within that TPA app. Then see if they'll also unlock using the $.99 version. I know I had this issue in the past and had to restore some of my older purchases using the "free" app. They were then enabled for the $.99 version.

Make sure when you do this you are logged into your Farsight account, otherwise the two apps will not sync thte tables. You must also remain logged in to get access to tables purchased on the other app.
