PC - Request New PC

I just have a new PC and I want to restore my saved highscores and goals of my old PC. Where can I found this and what is the name of the file?

I just installed Windows 7 on my machine in preparation for DX11 and I backed up the 2 folders listed in the LINK above. I have re-installed Steam and TPA, then copied the old folders into there former locations, but I can't get the scores and goals to load back up. Anyone have any thoughts on what I am doing wrong? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Disregard....I was able to figure it out.

1) Disabled Sync in Steam.
2) Exited Steam.
3) Restored old files from above.
4) Started TPA and played a few games.

Everything looks good. I will probably just leave the sync off.
