Old vertical menu & loss of season packs

My TPA has reverted back to the old vertical style menu and I've lost several season packs. I've restarted Steam several times but that doesn't fix it. Any ideas?

Just went into the game properties in Steam, then Local Files, then selected Verify Files. It seems to be downloading 4.4Gb. Hopefully that will fix it.
