I think we've had one user who was banned and came back with a new account and hasn't been a problem since (though I can't remember who that was now).The point of banning someone isn't necessarily to get rid of the person, but the problems they were bringing to the forum. Mark had an account on here that he used for awhile before we banned it because he was acting the same as he was when he was banned in the first place. His early posts were normal until he reverted to his "regular" posts.</blockquote>
