RS is pretty linear rule wise- get miles, start modes, go for super pay day and build your multipliers. There is almost no stackability (made up word!) as far as modes/multiball is concerned and if you are playing for points, timing out some of the modes is the best strategic choice, which isn't particularly interesting. The multiball is fun and there is some risk/reward getting there, but, my god, that horrible country song! Even with these criticisms, I still think its a really enjoyable game, but it does take a bit of getting used to and could have benefited from more complexity and variation to the rules. Its also been upstaged by Lawlor's other work, so if you go in expecting a TZ like experience, you may be disappointed. Still, I voted for it and think it would be a good addition to TPA.
