Phantom of the Opera would not require a license. It's based on the 1912 novel (and therefore in the public domain), and features neither the likenesses nor music from the Andrew Lloyd Webber musical (though it's probably not a coincidence they released this just as the musical was becoming a phenomenon, they still didn't use anything from said stage production).
