Pinball arcade dx11 on a budget.

my current laptop cannot handle dx11, though it does handle the normal version just fine.

1) cheapest prebuilt pc that will run dx11 well
2) cheapest laptop that will run dx11 well
3) how to prebuild a desktop and (1080p) monitor to run this game well on dx11 cheap.
4) are any super bargain pcs gonna do it?
any assistance?

I would suggest eBay, a gfx card which was 250 two years ago will go for 50 bucks and will be more than enough. Everything above a 560ti or HD6950 should be just fine

i do not have a desktop pc. i cannot swap in a gfx card.

my current pc is a laptop that handles normla TPA fine, but not dx11.

O i nwill need a new laptop, a new pc, or a new self built pc. I want the cheapest option.

Laptops with gaming power are expensive and most of the the time ugly (heavy).
So a desktop should be the way to go. You can go for a mini itx size and put it on your TV like a console, so you don't have to buy a display and everything.
But for specs a Intel i5, 4gb ram, and mid range gfx card should be good.
Don't know about ready made pc in the US

Look up Dell's Alienware Alpha. Cheap and gets the job done. Throw in a ssd and 8gb of ram and you have a pretty hefty entry level gaming pc. (CANNOT REPLACE THE GPU)

For a small foot print unit that you can swap the GPU and HDD on, ASUS makes this.

If i get a prebuilt, it needs to be cheaper then building your own.

I also don't have any spare monitors except a couple old CRTs.

I play TPA on laptop with GT710M just fine on high settings so You should buy something with GT840M and it will play smoothly.
