Pirates (of the Caribbean)...Rules?

I have this table within walking distance of me. But I can't find a published ruleset anywhere (and I've googled at least).

Anyone found one? I'd love to at least be able to read up before spending (more) quarters on it.

Thanks, that's pretty decent. I was hoping to find something more in line with the normal rulesheets you might find at PAPA.org, but it does a good job of explaining the game.

I also did find that PAPA has one video for Pirates, it's a gameplay from a tourney. Again, not the awesome video tutorials they have there, but good enough to show a bit of the game. Unfortunately it's a tournament video, so it's a player just trying for the points and ignoring most of the game.
