I had learned a while back that "Scared Stiff" had another version, available in Pro Mode, that could be played. (The Non-Family version)

When I asked Farsight in an E-mail if I had to manually turn Family Mode off each time I wanted to play the non edited version, they responded "Yes", which was a non starter for me. Now, I'm hearing this isn't true, that once you change the settings, it'll stay on the unedited version. I was wondering what the real truth was for those who have the Pro Mode version?

Also, are Goals still obtainable after I change the settings, or do they disable them because of the settings change?

Much appreciated.

You only have to change the actual Family Mode setting once. What you do have to do each time you fire up Scared Stiff is turn the operator mode itself back on, as it shuts itself off each time you exit the table.

If operator mode is on at all, goals are disqualified, so you can't play the uncensored version and finish goals at the same time.
