Here is the description of the current alpha version:---------------------------....This is the first alpha release and as such it has had little testing for system compatibility so it is possible that it will crash or not start at all on your system. Please report any problems that you find, including hardware/software in use.The 'alpha' status indicates that this is an incomplete early-access version, so you should not expect all the announced features to be implemented at this stage. This is a summary of what is included:Fully playable 1997 version table rules and physics. All lights and flashers working apart from the dot matrix and backbox lights lighting the table.FlippersBallsDot matrix display.Keyboard controls.Partial glass-off mode (ball position does not match pointer position).Control of ambient, GI, and overall playfield light intensity. Only the ambient light level will be controllable in the finished game, the other controls are purely for testing purposes.Placeholder text-only option screens for logging in and setting the table resolution and scaling option.Speech and sound effects.Low quality music (same as Kickstarter 1997 version).Note that not all the lights that affect the upper flipper are included yet. Some of the features that are NOT included in this version:Animated objects other than the flippers.Cabinet mode.Multi monitor support for DMD/backbox.Joystick/pad support.Leaderboards and achievements.Graphical user interface including full set of audio/graphics/controls/gameplay options.High quality music.New physics.Rolling ball display.Reflection in table glass for glass-on mode. This version should also not be taken as representing the performance of the final game as there has been little optimisation done, there is a lot of graphical content still to be added, and there are currently no options for reducing the load on the system, other than setting the table resolution. That said, it will be useful to get feedback about how well the current version runs on peoples' systems. These are the resolutions currently available:7681080144019202560---------------------------For more information eg. how to install/play, visit the Pro Pinball Forum.
