I've watched plenty of streams now and have seen absolutely no stuttering. If the issue is so pervasive in the PS4 version, it shouldn't be a problem to simply show it in a video as many have done in other games. If not show it, detail exactly under what circumstances it happens so we can easily reproduce it ourselves.</blockquote>
