Could anyone include a key preset for the Start button?

"According to some posts to r.g.p, the "cheat" that can be performed by hitting the launch button in AfM is available with the start button in Junk Yard, but this may not be in the prototype roms. There is disagreement over whether an extra ball can be awarded as well."

That would be a request to implement. Without the smart bomb this mode can hardly be done.

On my tablet this would probably require an additional button onscreen.

If FS added a functional UI means to access the Start button for Junkyard then they'd need to add this for any game where there is a buy in option in the pro menu, or as a means to add extra players once a game has already begun.

However there hasn't yet been any work towards allowing players to interface with the "start" button once the game start UX menu has been passed, despite several requests.

Extra ball IS there in the video mode.

You will need to special case the video mode, and let the launch button work as the start button in that instance, like it does when entering high scores.
