Here is mine in no particular order:

2. Seawitch(Stern Electronics) - really hope Farsight can bring more the Stern classic tables to TPA
3. Joker Poker(Gottlieb)
4. Spirit(Gottlieb) possible Halloween theme table here
5. Mystery Castle(Alvin G. & Co.)
6-7. Abra Ca Dabra and Card Whiz(2p)/Royal Flush(4p) - EM 2-pack
8. Flash Gordon(Bally) no clue how hard the license is to get for this table
9. Medusa(Bally) another Halloween theme maybe

I'm with you 100%. Those classic Sterns pins seem to have been forgotten by FarSight. I thought we would start seeing them when SPA appeared, but it doesn't seem like that is in the plans. Still hoping they sprinkle a few in.

Indiana Jones (Williams '93), NBA Fastbreak (Bally 1997) and Lord of the Rings (Stern 2003) are on my "nigh impossible because of license costs but still allowed to dream about" list. The Simpsons Pinball Party and Jurassic Park are also on that list, but slightly lower.

I would love Congo and Shadow, two of the most highly valued DMD-style pins by tournament players, maybe easier licenses to do, I don't know.
After that I still have many nice machines to wish for (Bad Cats, Mousin' Around, Big Guns, the already mentioned Premier and Capcom tables) but none are coming to the front. Still a lot to choose from I would say, so silently hoping for a season 9

For SPA I would love the Walking Dead. After that a lot of OK Marvel/DC licensed tables and off course Pirates of the Caribbean.

I looked at Pinside for the top 100, and I'm amazed at how many pinball machines we already have in TPA, I've said it before: way to go Farsight!!

I'm going with the assumption that we get one SPA/TPA cross-buy per TPA season here. And that a 9 pack/10-table season with a month off is the new "normal". And that Stern Electronics (renamed from Chicago Coin) is not related to the current Stern Pinball (which it isn't, except that Gary Stern [Stern Pinball] is the son of Sam Stern [Stern Electronics] and that Gary worked for Sam) and therefore Stern Electronics games are not covered by SPA and "belong" in TPA.

No idea what their release schedule is for SPA, I mean older (Whitestar) tables ought not to take that long to do. Newer SAM and SPIKE tables, as we saw with Ghostbusters, are a significant investment in time and I'm willing to accept that the GB delays were down to them making an educated guess at how long it would take, and being very, very, wrong.
