Most 4K sets allow you to set it to 120Hz and 1080p, it seems. 30hz is only in "4K" mode.So to answer the op again: look in tv settings for 1080p mode, "game mode", and turn them both on.Sorry haven't been keeping up with this and it changes quite fast.
