iOS - Bug Space Shuttle ball in play no display

Hey peeps, bought the two new tables yesterday, briliant work! But on SS I don't get anything on the middle score display during game play so I have no idea what ball I'm on or the match number at the end of the game

Anyone else with same problem?

I'm on iPad 3rd gen.
