Haunted House
The front end of a StarWars Tie Fighter can be seen in the upper play field.

Cyclone
When I played Capcom's Street Fighter II for the first time all them year ago.., I could hear Cyclones outlane elephant sample on Dhalsim's stage! Not helped by the fact I had played Cyclone many times before it.

There is a tune in Theater of Magic that drove me nuts trying to place until I realized it was also used in the movie Dark City.
