Super countdown last less than a second after the two drops are down. Is this how the real game is. Impossible to get the award on iOS

Anyone get this goal that can explain this situation or how to get the goal

According to the instruction there should be 8 sec time. That is not true.

When you hit the second drop target (or hit both) you have to immediately (1-2 sec) hit the yellow target behind them.

I was struggling quite a lot with it .
