Switch Pro controller lag?

I'm wondering if anybody else has experienced any slight lag in Wiliams FX3 with the Switch Pro Controller and their console in the dock. I immediately purchased pack 3 last night and starting playing Championship Pub. The lag was quite noticeable. I couldn't hit anything. Joy-Cons seemed to work OK.

My dock does go through an A/V receiver to my TV, so I need to check if I need to switch to a "game mode" or something to reduce latency, but I don't recall experiencing this in earlier tables.

Make sure the controller's firmware is up to date. The controller has to be connected to the dock (via usb) for it to get updated.

My controller was already up-to-date, but as suspected, my Vizio 4K wasn't in Game mode. Once I switched the mode, everything played perfectly. I actually enjoyed playing Safecracker!
