Once finally downloading all the rez files other menus cannot be accessed, viewed correctly,  until the entire TPA app is restarted. Even after a restart some tables have to be downloaded from the table select screen. This has been reported numerous times, especially the issue with manager downloads not being recognized and having to be reloaded from the select screen. These three issues combined show some serious problems happening in the back-end that need to be addressed.</blockquote>
