We are using 1024x2048 and don't have larger.  Also since those are nearly 1:1 texel to pixel ratio in portrait (2:1 in landscape), a higher resolution texture might not give a noticeable difference.2. Our engine currently doesn't have a way to swap textures based on an option.  It's doable, but would take a bit of time to implement.</blockquote>
