The launch button can be repositioned in the settings.
Press the gear at the top of the start screen> press settings> press the "Button Position" button until the button is where you want it.
Of course you have to do this on a table with a launch/special button. In the same menu you can change the option to make touch zones visible, or change the touch zone layout as well.
Thanks for pointing that out. It would have taken me a while to find that particular setting.
There's one other related issue: in portrait mode on my 9.7" iPad Pro, the camera button overlays the "Ball in Play" readout on every table. Sometimes it's an inconvenience, but other times (as with El Dorado), the ball in play number is completely obscured. The upper buttons aren't moveable. Rotating to landscape mode eliminates the issue because the pause and camera buttons both then appear at the upper right, instead of one on each side of the screen.
