That updated text states: "As a result, we have decided not to change Xbox Live Gold pricing." You are focused on the old text in the article, which I admit is a messy way of conveying new information. Still, even that section clearly shows the terrible new pricing structure was crossed out. The remaining uncrossed text you quoted was tied to that, which again I agree is a messy way for them to handle the problem. Just know that as of today, no one in the XBox community is complaining because they are not changing the prices at all anywhere.</blockquote>
