Guh. Should not have moved. The Philly pinball scene is non-existent. But there are some nice places opening up within an hours drive.

It's an exciting time to be a pinball enthusiast here in Chicago!

I've not been to Emporium since the expansion (and I'm certainly not inclined to display my mediocre skills in a tournament setting), and I need to re-visit. The Blind Robin bar in drunken stumbling distance from my home has now got a lovely Attack from Mars (in addition to their clean Batman & Tron machines) that has eaten many of my quarters lately. Not to mention the GNR table at Stella's bar that seems to always have multiple credits when she fires it up. For better or worse, I'm consistently the only patron paying a lick of attention to any of these machines when I go to play 'em...

^ That said, anyone who may be reading this can hit me up if'n you're ever in our lovely city, to experience our current pinball resurgence.

We've also got fancy hot dogs & pizza casserole & some of the best Mexican food this side of that border.
