Message: <blockquote data-quote="ER777" data-source="post: 96319" data-attributes="member: 1208">Sony has given some indications that the PS4 will be both more small dev friendly and more update friendly from what I've heard.  It would be nice to have some concrete policy statements to solidify those indications though.  You would have to think that if they want to remain competitive with mobile devices and PC they absolutely need to be much more update friendly than they are now.  I hope FS carefully considers Sony's policies (whatever they end up being) when they decide how to package PS4 DLC.  Even if it means we have to re-download the entire game every update I'd rather have that than the situation we have now on PS3.</blockquote>
