Two Weeks Later No Fear Is Still Bugged Out, No Word From Farsight

It's time for another "Hey Farsight, just what are you doing, anyway?" thread!

I can't speak for the other platforms as I'm not buying the table on anything else until my iOS version is fixed. Right now the scoreboard is totally broken and there are several big visual glitches on the table, including the skull's jaw being totally messed up when he talks. I'm not very familiar with the game IRL so I wonder just what else isn't behaving as it should be. Not at all happy about spending the $5 on this table when FS can't even take the time to publicly address the issues and tell us when the fix is coming. Should it even take this long? Should they be charging for broken tables just to release them faster, or should they be delayed until they are in better working order before taking people's money? I feel like this is yet another situation where more direct communication from FS would smooth a lot of things out for users.

I'm seriously worried that the Stern app is distracting them from giving TPA the polish is desperately needs. I'm also worried as to whether it will be released in a competent form.

They did mention somewhere that it will be fixed in the next patch. I'd post a link if I could find it. Don't forget they have to fix it, then submit to Apple, then it finally comes to us 7 to 10 days after submission. We just have to wait it out. I think they might have rushed the No Fear table a bit to make it for the holiday weekend. I think that was the cause. But I'm just speculating.

The issues are iOS only. The delay is due to Apple's submission process. The patch for No Fear will be included with the next release.

I was happy it was released on schedule even with the bugs - they were not game breaking as your highest score was posted correctly to the leaderboards. I am glad no fear was included in the tournament and that I had the week prior to practice and learn the table (unlike Frankie with our android brethren getting a week of warm up games). I'd say release early and patch later.
