From the Cameron Silver rules sheet linked from IPDB...Since TPA doesn't reflex values, it seems we're stuck with a stupidly easy setting forever. 7 + 15 seems to me to be a far better setting. Even 6 + 12.Max EBs usually refers to the Max EBs per ball in play, if you go into the settings in Pro mode it'll probably be set to the usual 4.
