I'm going to have to go ahead and disagree with you on LOTR. There's a lot more to it than just playing the 3 multiballs and starting Destroy the Ring. I get to DTR pretty frequently and manage to actually finish it from time to time, but that's really just scratching the surface. To start with the multiballs have more to them than first meets the eye and winning them is a lot different than playing them. They each have different levels that sort of correspond to the action from the movie scenes as you make repeated jackpots. If you last long enough to clear the levels you get a lot of bonus points and can win a gift of the elves (which leads to working towards the holy grail of pinball - Valinor Multiball, currently nothing more than wishful thinking for me). There's also the story modes to throw in there which add some decent animations to give a little more story feel to the game. They also lead towards another wizard mode There and Back Again (which I haven't gotten to yet myself). Like with the movie multiballs finishing modes is tough but gains you another gift of the elves. I've never collected more than 2 in the same game unfortunately and you need all 6 for Valinor. Reaching TABA seems like a more reasonable goal. I guess I just think as you get deeper into the ruleset the story line feeling comes out more. I know that I always leave feeling like I was getting close to reaching something new when I go play LOTR. I will definitely own one someday, its just a matter of how long it takes me to get one.. This is an interesting read for seeing the depth of the rules if you're interested: http://pinball.org/rules/lordoftherings.txt
