What wizard modes have you reached?

I wanted to write this down for myself, so figured I might as well do it here for everyone to share. What wizard modes and awards have you reached on real machines? Let's say that any settings on a real arcade location machine are okay (like 5 balls, buyins, narrow outlanes) but a home use machine should be on factory difficulty. I've done the following:

Tour the Mansion
Red Line Mania
Lost in the Zone
Final Frontier
Grand Finale (don't remember if I won it)
Casino Run
Rule the Universe (won twice, lost once)
Monster Multiball (in a single Stiff-o-Meter run, though not Spider Mania)
Join the Cirqus (but didn't win it for Party Multiball)
Hole-in-One Challenge
Ultimate Challenge (but lost)
Monsters of Rock
High Noon (but lost)
Conquer Mars (RFM)
Land Grab
Four Winds Multiball

Terminal awards that aren't exactly wizard modes:
Super Cellar Bonus
Gazillion Point Shot
Billionaire's Club

Notable missing ones:
Vacation Jackpot
Spider Mania
Battle for the Kingdom
Valinor Multiball (have won Destroy the Ring)
Super Duper Mega Extreme Wizard Mode (have won Alien Invasion and Springfield Mystery Spot, in separate games)
