Will TPA scale upwards as technology improves?

While consoles are pretty much limited until they're succeeded, the same does not go for portable devices, like phones, pads, and kindles. While keeping up with the latest tech is not feasible in the short term, due to a low amount of immediate adoptees, there always comes a point where more people will have the newer technology than those who are still holding onto the old. Not only could such updates improve things visually (I've seen lots of requests from Kindle Fire HD users to update the graphics to utilize the higher resolution screen), but it could also remove alleged technological limitations that affect gameplay, such as the opaque ramps on NGG. Are there plans to gradually update the graphics / engine?

Would be nice if they eventually added a options screen. so you could set opaque ramps with the flick of a switch if there was performance issues. I'm sure some tablets can handle that.

Funny I was wondering the same thing about the IOS version. Surely the iPad 4 can handle clear ramps on NGG and not be limited by older versions. Wasn't sure if the programing can be set to turn on advanced features based on model you are using. I know they added Retina graphics for Ipad 3 and 4, so would think other things like lighting might be enable if on latest model as well.

This is already in the works as we speak and will gradually be rolled out and accessible in the options menu to those who own newer and more powerful devices.

That's great! Hopefully, it'll be better than the "post processing" that doesn't work well even on the latest iPad.
