Same problem than the wizard goal "Bonus Level Special" on Class of 1812. EDIT: fixed (see here)
Completing the F-U-E-L targets when Special is lit, awards the extra-ball but not the wizard goal.
I took care to not have a ball locked (as there's problem of wizard goal recognition when there is more than one ball on the playfield). When special is lit, I shoot the F-U-E-L target in order, under seven seconds... and no wizard goal.
