did you notice the playfield looked brighter when the stuttering returned?
I'm really not sure what would be causing it to come and go after 2 days of use.
it is weird that your finding the game going from 60 to 30, i usually see it drop to high 40's or 50's when things were overtaxed.
have you tried running the dmd off the gtx 660 as a secondary display with the playfield?
I ran this as a two monitor setup off of a gtx 570 with no issues.
tho there is a minor performance hit running the mod(it runs the game @ a higher resolution then default) it shouldn't have that big a performance issue on its own.
can you check a couple things please?
1. Make sure in the dX11 settings you turn off MSAA to 0 and quality to 1, as well make...

so what I found was I can't run the backglass monitor at full native 1920x1200 resolution without a slight shutter. Playfield @ 1080x1920 with a backbuffer of 2160x4400 is fine but the max I can run the backglass without the micro...
something looks wrong with that..it looks like a non linear stretch of the gam etable stretching more as the table is at the top.
You can see how blurry everything is above the center line..the ball at the top looks oval..its like the whole image is just stretched.

and then went and preordered it. Simply amazing. Its a game changer. I can't see how anyone isn't excited by the potential.

i really like what i've played..but Farsight desperately needs to change the materials they use for transparent ramps..tables like this cyclone and CFTBL just don't look that great with the flat translucent ramps.
on VPX the shiny mod for the ramps just look stellar, and is exactly whats needed...
So I've gone thru and I think I have all the available videos for backglass's I could find from youtube,vpforums, or google or I recorded of B2S Backglasses from VP.
All told I have 63 and am only missing a few like ElDorado's, Gone Nuts, Centaur and Highspeed which I just use Pics for.
