awesome, now if we can just get MS to develop a resonable online release policy than maybe they can stop looking like the worst video game system company in the history of online releases. No pinball DLC yet but MS is throwing that horrible failed attempt at a tony hawk remake all in everyone's faces like it's the hottest game of the summer or something. I'm so sure it's cost MS so much look through all the games that get submitted to them... MAYBE THEY SHOULD USE SOME OF THAT GOLD SUBSCIPTION MONEY YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM TO PLAY ONLINE THAT ALL THE OTHER CONSOLES DONT CHARGE FOR. ahhhhhhhhhhhh...

I'm sure Microsoft has reasonable places they place their money to continue to make themselves more successful in the future and somewhere down the line consider the consumer or die off as a company. Besides which, I'm very anxious to see the "Creature from the Black Lagoon" table.

My Xbox refuses to complete the download of the title update, and I've tried several times. I had downloaded the 2 new packs then tried to download the title update, it gets to 99% and then says "can't complete update" I erased the 2 downloadable packs and the update from the system, then tried to get the title update again but just the same thing over and over, gets to 99% then can't complete.

That's not what is known as the Title Update, that's the optional update.

The title update referred to here was the earlier one that you had to download to remain connected to XBox Live. The main visible effect was that the DMDs look different (more orange and generally more like a physical plasma DMD). It's necessary to play the DLC tables, so if you have any of those, you've already got the title update.

As for this optional update, there's one person here who claims to have installed it, but everyone else on XBox is seeing what you're seeing. The general assumption seems to be that it'll start working on Thursday, which is the official release date for the patch.

I have the same problem when I try to download the Update For Launch Tables. Is anyone else having this problem?

Xbox Dashboard also reads 12 of 12 achievements, even though I have all 16 achievements.

NOTE : You may need to delete the corrupt Optional Update file from your hard drive then download the Optional Update again for it to install correctly.

Worked for me. The changes didn't seem to take effect until I quit and re-entered the game, though.
