This is app is amazing. The lighting/atmosphere is better than most high end PC games I play. FS if you have the opportunity to acquire the lighting tech by hook or crook do it.

Won't happen dude. Two totally different rendering tech. TPA has to do everything in real time, which is a sweaty job. You would need several super computers to reach that level. Or the iPhone 648.

Pro pinball is all pre-rendered, so all it does is swapping images.
But it looks so freakin awesome!!!
You won't have any dynamic cam though.

This fake table looks more realistic than the real tables of TPA.

Hey dude...sorry for being such a dummy over the last q you answered for me. Thanks so much for taking the time to always pointing me in the right direction. Going back to sleep now so hopefully tomorrow (just in time for MORE snow) I'll be able to complete a cohesive question/statement. Did you try the pause, glass off in Time Shock?

While Timeshock looks awesome and the physics are top notch, I'm still happy I have 50+ tables that I didn't have to wait 100+ years to play on my platform of choice. I will continue to fully support Ade, Zen and FarSight to help keep pinball alive and well. :)

Yeah, of course I'll still support TPA (I think that kinda goes without saying, no?)...but honestly I'd rather have 1 amazing table then 50+ pretty decent tables. :)

The wait is over, my friend.

You're right though. It does suck waiting this long.

If there was a more timely and efficient way to digitize real world tables to the quality of Timeshock, I'd be 110% for it. Unfortunately, no such thing exists at the moment.

pinwiz dont forget apc! worth support too!

anyway im glad others have noted how small the table seems, as im having the hardest time siming properly in mutliball and squinting at the dmd(ive misplaced my spectagoggles) roll in a medium view hopefully they can just batch process there top view data pretty quickly.

gameplay dang my flipper skills are getting the best workout in years

only real issue is im a trapper not a flow player

A ok. Found that once I hit pause there is an option to remove glass. However, I'd like to thank you for responding so promptly. The little I've been able to play shows me that you have an amazing table. Can't wait for you to release some of your other on iOS if that is planned. R

Glad you could remove it, but like Ade posted over at the PP forums if you have any suggestions let them know, and they will take on board any ideas.

first time i did a bang back i let out alittle yelp and promptly lost the ball, very easy to do comoared with tpa

Don't forget a lot of the dev time was to perfect the techniques, expand their toolset, devise a way to build once and reuse most code on other platforms, build a UI, leaderboards, learning curve, etc. The weekly dev notes constantly referred to improvements to the rendering tools, etc. Now they have all this 'infrastructure' hopefully the work to integrate other tables will be quicker.

Yep. It's the equivalent of Cam3 in TPA, which I never use. I'll gladly use it on a vertical monitor on my pc tho'.
