    pinmame is based on mame. Mame does not allow commercial use. So I believe for license reasons it is not possible to use pinmame in a commercial product. The best thing you can do is to hire the developer so that he can recreate his work on another license...

    To pair a Controller you need this pairing tool to be running in the background and handling the controller. Apple does not allow background processes. So this is only possible with a jailbreaked iPhone. But in theory every software is able to support a controller on its own...

    The game crashed for me too. However, I had to set three security questions for the app store. After that, the game crashed again, but after restarting, i had the new DLC to play with. I am running a iMac with Mountain Lion.
