The maximum EB count on any Bally/Williams table is 4. I had the game light an EB by a Speedway award, but it didn't light at the center hole.
So yeah, that might be why.

On the upper left corner, there are three buttons: Exit, your List of Tables, and the gamepad, which has the different options (including tournaments and the upcoming H2H mode).

Quite frankly, I was one of those who changed my review to "Negative". Not because I hate the new UI, but because everything is so buggy in the game that it basically frustrated the heck out of me. Especially when most of them haven't been fixed for a long time.

Launch Pinball Arcade
There should be 3 options in the following window that opens. One of them should be "Launch Configuration Utility". The settings are in there.
I'm actually not sure on that policy. I'll have to ask on that.
And it's not the constant freezing. Any subsequent goals collected are fine; it's just that the first goal upon entry that slows the framerate down.
I'll test this with TX Sector. I have a different build, but the bug may carry over regardless.
Goals still slow down upon first completion after entry into a table, though.
Camera fixes: Includes both plunger and gameplay, set to align with other tables. Here are the changes anyway:
Addams Family: Angles were changed, compared to previous iterations. #3 is noticeably higher.

Arcade is basically the default mode used in the Zaccaria app, no changes whatsoever.
Simulation is the shortening of the two flippers, but I'm not sure what other changes are brought about in this mode.
User is your own defined physics settings.
