I had this happen in Taxi once. I think it only happened because I was pressing the A button faster than the program can keep up. Only way I know to get out of it without closing the program is launching the ball and then tilting once it's on the field. It's a long process, but it gets the job done.

Looking up MAS4100 gave me results for an input switcher (http://www.proaudiosuppliers.com/fsr-mas-4100.html) and a rinse well for painting (https://store.qualityart.biz/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=106809). So MAS4100 may not be related to model or manufacturer numbers.

Looking on IPDB, only 1 table has the initials MAS: Miss America Supreme. That's a bingo table though, so that's not it. No table has MAS as a code and no table has 4100 as the ID number. It could be possible MAS4100 is a license plate number, but it doesn't seem to be on either the High Speed...
