While it can be a fun table, shooting the left ramp followed by the side ramp over and over quickly scores more points than anything else on the table. Also, you were seriously considering picking X-Piles? That's literally the worst machine for a work night. Really aggressive unless you know...

OMG YES. Let me just say I'm really excited for this. I've been playing a lot of Stern tables on location recently and I can't wait to be able to play them on the go! :D

... Fungi :P I'm not a huge fan of this table, but if you take it as a parody of late 80s - early 90s culture, it suddenly becomes pretty decent. This is a table where it's easy to get Multiball going, but remember to plunge the ball shortly so you get a straight feed to the right flipper.

I'm going to take a wild guess here and say Banzai Run. Otherwise, Eight Ball Deluxe or Paragon all the way.
